In the water treatment and chemical industries, dual containment hose is used to keep the environment clean. It is made of a clear PVC or polyurethane outer tube to provide containment in the event of a leak and an interior carrier tube or hose to transport the product. Long lengths of pre-assembled dual containment hose with the inner carrier tube threaded into the outer clear containment tube are available from PAR Group. When a connection is needed, containment devices can also be produced to catch spills.
