SRBFs, or synthetic resin bonded fabrics, are another name for a class of high strength, high temperature, electrically insulating materials known as fabric-based laminates. Layers of cotton fabric are laminated with synthetic phenolic resins utilising high pressure procedures to produce a product that is hard, light, and resistant to wear.
Fabric-based laminates are a great option when a strong, dimensionally stable material is needed for low voltage applications because of their exceptional electrical strength and insulating qualities. Because they are corrosion resistant and have low creep, fabric laminates are widely utilised in place of their plastic and metallic counterparts.

B11 is a fine weave, slightly coarser grade laminate than B10. It has comparable physical properties and acts as a mid-range material between B10 and B12. Alternative to genuine TUFNOL® Lynx and Vole Brand. Temperature range of up to +115°C (+125°C short term).
A medium weave, coarser grade than both B10 and B11. Suitable for a wide range of general purpose applications that don’t require the same level of intricacy. Alternative to genuine TUFNOL® Whale and Crow Brand. Temperature range of up to +115°C (+125°C short term).
A fine weave grade with superior tracking resistance compared to other cotton grades. Suitable for high voltage insulation components. Alternative to genuine TUFNOL® 6F45. Temperature range of up to +130°C (+145°C short term).
A commercial, more economical alternative to B12. Displaying good mechanical strength and dimentional stability, F2 Suitable for a wide range of general purpose machining applications. Temperature range of up to +115°C (+125°C short term).
