Description

Lead metal particles and pigments with a PVC polymer outer layer make up lead vinyl sheet, commonly known as an x-ray curtain. A multi-layer architecture is used during the manufacturing process to create a homogeneous sheet. As a result, the lead particles are distributed uniformly throughout the vinyl binder, offering uniform protection throughout the sheeting.

Applications

Trip curtains, x-ray aprons, theatre room table covers, room / building isolation. Lead vinyl sheet is mostly used within the medical, dental, veterinary, nuclear and x-ray scanning equipment industries.

Key Features

  • Offers excellent protection against x-ray radiation.
