Foot Valve

A foot valve, also known as a bottom valve, is an important component in many pump systems used to control the flow of fluids, typically in applications like water wells or similar pumping systems. It is designed to be installed at the end of a suction line within the fluid source, such as a reservoir or well, and functions to prevent the pump from losing its prime. The core elements of a foot valve include a valve body, a strainer or filter, and a check valve.
