Available in either proofed woven glass or expanded graphite, Boiler door joint gaskets are highly compressible and ensure a seal is quickly achieved. Temperature: up to +450°C.
Metallic gaskets are available in a wide range of materials and are manufactured in accordance to ASME B16.20. Temperature: up to +550°C (depending on material).
Commonly used to seal flanges that are conveying aggresive solvents and chemicals. PTFE envelope gaskets are available to suit all flange types. Temperature: up to +250°C.
Spiral wound gaskets consist of a metallic winding strip with layers of softer, more compressible sealing material, such as graphite, PTFE and Mica. Temperature: up to +1000°C (depending on material).
Commonly used to seal steam, hot water and high pressure valves. Taylor ring gaskets are made from sheet metal formed into embossed concentric rings. Temperature: up to +530°C (depending on material).
Topog-E® gaskets are an elliptical moulded rubber gasket designed to replace asbestos boiler door joints and eliminate the corrosion and encrustation that built up around the boiler door. Temperature: up to +193°C.
