UPVC Tank Connector

The UPVC Tank Connector is a threaded fitting used to create a secure, leak-proof connection between a storage tank and a pipeline system. Made from high-quality Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride (UPVC), this connector is ideal for both inlet and outlet applications in tanks used for water, chemicals, or industrial fluids. It provides excellent chemical resistance, durability, and easy installation in a wide range of tank configurations.

Benefits of UPVC Tank Connector

Corrosion-Free UPVC Tank Connector

  • Unlike metal connectors, UPVC does not rust, scale, and corrode.
  • Ideal for storing fluid water, chemicals, and wastewater.

Leak-Proof Joints UPVC Tank Connector

  • When properly solvent-welded or gasketed to provide tight and reliable connections.
  • Reduces water loss and maintenance issues.

Lightweight UPVC Tank Connector

  • Much lighter than GI, MS, or SS connectors.
  • Easy to handle, transport, and install, even in tight tank spaces.

Cost-Effective UPVC Tank Connector

  • Lower initial cost than tank connectors
  • Reduced installation labor and minimal long-term maintenance.

Durable and Long-Lasting UPVC Tank Connector

  • Typical service life: under normal conditions.
  • Resistant to weathering, UV radiation, and chemical attack.

Easy Installation & Replacement UPVC Tank Connector

  • Simple and solvent cement or push-fit connections.
  • Can be easily removed or replaced without cutting the tank.

Chemical Resistance UPVC Tank Connector

  • Resistant to acids, alkalis, salts, and most chemicals.
  • Suitable for industrial water storage and chemical tanks.

Thermal & Electrical Insulation

  • Non-conductive and low thermal conductivity.
  • Safe for installations near electrical equipment and piping systems.

Smooth Internal Surface UPVC Tank Connector

  • Prevents scaling, sediment buildup, and bacterial growth.
  • Ensures smooth water flow and reduces pressure loss.

Versatility

  • Resistant to acids, alkalis, salts, and most chemicals.
  • Suitable for industrial water storage and chemical tanks.

Types of UPVC Tank Connector

Threaded Upvc Tank Connectors

These connectors have threaded ends that screw into corresponding openings on the tank. They may have male or female threaded connectors, and they can be used for a wide range of water fluid types.

Flanged Upvc Tank Connectors

Flanged connectors have upvc flanges on both ends that are bolted or screwed on to corresponding flanges on the tank. Flanged connections are commonly used in industrial and chemical applications where high-pressure or corrosive water fluids are involved.

Bulkhead UPVC Tank Connectors

Bulkhead connectors are designed to pass through the wall of a tank or container. They consist of a fitting that mounts on both sides of the tanks and wall, which provides a connection point on each side.

Push-to-Connect Upvc Tank Connectors

Similar to push-to-connectors are fittings used in chemicals, these connectors allow for quick and easy connection by simply pushing the pipe or hose into the connector. O-rings or seals inside the connector ensure a tight seal.
