UPVC Stub End Flange
The UPVC Stub End Flange is a two-part pipe fitting used in conjunction with a backing ring to create a secure, detachable flanged joint in a piping system. Made from Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride (UPVC), the stub end flange is highly resistant to corrosion and chemicals. Designed for Lap Joint Stub end flanges
This stub-end flange has a machine face and lap thickness so that it is equal to or exceeds the wall thickness. The outer corner has a precise radius to fit a lap joint stub end flange, making it easy to rotate and align bolt holes.
Type B
Compatible with Slip-on stub end flanges
Unlike Type A, this stub end is made up to work with slip-on stub end flanges used as lap joint stub end flanges. It has a smaller outer radius, which allows slip-on flanges to sit properly. The machined face ensures a tight seal.
Type C
A Universal Fit
Type C upvc stub ends flange are the shortest and most adaptable. They can be used with both lap joints and slip-on flanges. The inside edge is flared with a rounded transition, but it can be machined to a square edge if needed.
