Polyethylene PE1000 Sheet

Available in a wide range of grades, including anti-static, ceramic-filled, high temperature, metal detectable, virgin, regen, and metal-free. Comparing PE1000 (UHMW) to HDPE and HMWPE, PE1000 (UHMW) offers higher resistance to wear and impact. It is generally employed as a liner or in wear applications across many industries.

PTFE Sheet

Our selection of PTFE is offered in a number of grades with distinctive properties. Chemical applications frequently employ PTFE because it has a wide operating temperature range, an incredibly low coefficient of friction, and electrical insulation. Due to the slippery surface of the plastic, it is not suitable for wear applications and is challenging to bond.

PVDF Sheet

Offering good insulating qualities for mechanical, thermal, and electrical systems. PVDF is authorised for applications involving food contact and offers good resistance to UV, corrosion, and chemicals. It is easily welded, and it can be machined into linings, anti-corrosion parts, or materials for electrical wiring insulation. -30°C to +140°C in the temperature range.

Vespel® Sheet

A variety of polyimides with extreme durability and various features. Specialist plastic called Vespel® offers outstanding resistance to creep and high temperatures. The long-term thermal stability and wear performance of specific grades, such as graphite and MoS2 filled, are increased. range of temperatures up to +288°C.

Fabrication & Display Plastic Sheet

Acrylic & Perspex® Sheet

Our selection of cast, extruded, or mirrored acrylic and Perspex® sheet is offered in a vast array of colours. It has exceptional UV resistance and may be manufactured, moulded, machined, and polished. Display applications frequently use acrylic and Perspex®. range of temperatures up to +80 °C.

Mirrored Plastic Sheet

Constructed from premium-grade acrylic that is unbreakable and has a smooth, highly reflecting surface on one side. Mirrored plastic sheet is frequently used in place of glass because it offers a significantly higher level of impact resistance. Additionally, it can be machined to meet your precise needs. range of temperatures up to +88°C.

PETG Sheet

PETG is primarily formed into chutes and machine guards for use in food processing and pharmaceutical industries because it has better impact resistance than acrylic sheet.
