Plastic Sheet

We have been delivering engineering plastics to the industry as one of India’s leading plastic sheet producers, suppliers, and converters. Many well-known organisations from many industries, including aerospace and defence, food and pharmaceutical, and packaging, are among our global customers.

We provide a wide variety of materials, sizes, and thicknesses and can provide engineering, fabrication, and speciality plastics for nearly all applications. Popular materials include polycarbonate, which has good optical clarity and impact strength, PTFE, which has excellent heat and chemical resistance, and UHMW, which has excellent wear resistance. If necessary, food-grade and metal detecting polymers are also available.

Using our in-house 5 axis CNC equipment, any of our engineering plastic sheets may be manufactured into unique components. We also offer a full plastic fabrication service, forming, bending, welding, and bonding plastics into items such as machine guards and chutes.

Engineering & Machining Plastic Sheet

ABS Sheet

Offering high strength, stiffness and hardness with good resistance to abrasion and chemicals. Nylon 6 is commonly manufactured into scrapers, precision parts and impact plates. It is available in a range of grades each offering their own respective benefits. We can also offer a bespoke manfuacturing service for cast Nylon 6.

Acetal Sheet & Delrin®

Good mechanical strength, stiffness and resistance to wear and chemicals. Nylon 66 offers improved resilience to creep, wear and short term temperatures, but lower impact strength than standard Nylon 6 and is used for wear components and precision parts. Available in a range of grades including glass filled and flame retardant.

Metal Detectable Plastic Sheet

A specialist plastic that retains its outstanding mechanical properties and resistance to chemicals at elevated temperatures. PEEK provides resilience to hydrolysis degradation, energy radiation and is also electrically insulating. Available in various grades including standard, metal detectable and carbon filled.

Nylon 6 Sheet

PEI (Ultem®) Sheet

PEI (Ultem®) sheet is an amorphous plastic that provides good mechanical properties, high dielectric strength and excellent resistance to elevated temperatures. It is easy to weld, but is susceptible to stress cracking when machining. It is often manufactured into microwave parts, sterilization trays or used as an electrical insulator. Temperature range up to +170°C.

PET Sheet
Offering low coefficient of thermal expansion, excellent dimensional stability and low moisture absorption. PET is highly machinable, provides good resistance to wear and is FDA approved (natural only). It is commonly used to manufacture components or used in material handling applications. Temperature range of -20°C up to +115°C.

PET (Ertalyte®) Sheet

Available in two grades that offer different characteristics. Ertalyte® PET-P provides excellent mechanical strength and resistance to wear, while Ertalyte® TX retains the aforementioned properties and is also self-lubricating. Both grades are FDA approved and are suitable for use in food contact applications. Temperature range of -20°C up to +110°C.

Polyethylene PE300 Sheet

Providing high impact strength, good resistance to wear and low coefficient of friction. PE300 (HDPE) is a lightweight, FDA approved plastic that is commonly machined into wear strips or used as linings for chutes or hoppers. It is easy to machine and fabricate, but difficult to bond. Temperature range of -50°C up to +80°C.

Polyethylene PE500 Sheet

Offering enhanced resistance to impact and wear compared to HDPE. PE500 (HMWPE) is FDA approved, provides excellent resistance to chemicals and has low moisture absorption. It is often manufactured into buffers, protection strips, chopping boards, linings and change parts. Temperature range of -100°C up to +80°C.

Polyethylene PE1000 Sheet

Available in a variety range of grades including virgin, regen, ceramic filled, high temperature, metal detectable, internally lubricated and anti-static. PE1000 (UHMW) provides superior resistance to wear and impact compared to HDPE and HMWPE. It is primarily used in wear applications or as a lining across numerous sectors.

PTFE Sheet

Our range of PTFE is available in a variety of grades that offer individual characteristics. Commonly used in applications involving chemicals, PTFE provides extremely low coefficient of friction, is electrically insulating and has a broad operating temperature. It is not suited for wear applications and is difficult to bond due to the plastics slippery surface.

PVDF Sheet

Offering good mechanical, thermal and electrical insulation properties. PVDF provides excellent resistance to UV, corrosion and chemicals and is approved for food contact applications. It is easily welded and can be machined into anti-corrosion components, linings, or used to insulate electrical wiring. Temperature range of -30°C up to +140°C.

Vespel® Sheet

A collection of highly durable polyimides that offer different characteristics. Vespel® is a specialist plastic that provides excellent resistance to creep and elevated temperatures. Individual grades such as graphite and MoS2 filled offer improved long-term thermal stability and wear performance respectively. Temperature range up to +288°C.

Fabrication & Display Plastic Sheet

Acrylic & Perspex® Sheet

Our range of acrylic and Perspex® sheet is available in a wide variety of colours and can be supplied cast, extruded or mirrored. It can be fabricated, formed, machined and polished and provides outstanding resistance to UV. Acrylic and Perspex® is commonly used in display applications. Temperature range up to +80°C.

Mirrored Plastic Sheet
Manufactured from a premium quality, shatterproof acrylic with a smooth, highly reflective surface on one side. Mirrored plastic sheet is commonly used as an alternative to glass as it provides much greater resistance to impact. It can also be machined to your specific requirements. Temperature range up to +88°C.

PETG Sheet

Offering superior impact resistance than acrylic sheet, PETG is primarily fabricated into chutes and machine guards for use in food processing and pharmaceutical applications. It is easier to form than polycarbonate and is also compliant with FDA food contact regulations. Temperature range up to +65°C.

Polycarbonate Sheet

Available in a selection of brands including Impex®, Lexan™ and Makrolon®. Polycarbonate sheet provides excellent impact strength and optical clarity. It offers greater resistance to temperatures than PETG and can be machined, formed, welded and bonded. It is commonly fabricated into machine guards, chutes, safety glazing and masking covers.

Polypropylene Sheet

Available as a copolymer or a homopolymer, polypropylene sheet is lightweight, offers excellent resistance to impact and provides good mechanical strength. It is commonly fabricated into apparatus for use in effluent treatment plants due to its resistance to acids, alkalis and organic solvents. Temperature range of -20°C up to +80°C.

PVC Sheet

A rigid plastic that offers high mechanical strength, excellent resistance to chemicals, low water absorption and resistance to corrosion. PVC is available in a range of colours including black, clear and grey. It is easy to machine, fabricate, bond and weld and is commonly manufactured into chemical apparatus or tank linings. Temperature range up to +60°C.

PVC Sheet (Salbex Pressed)

Salbex pressed PVC offers good dimensional stability, toughness, rigidity and provides resistance to chemicals and corrosion. It is laminated under the influence of heat and pressure resulting in a compact plastic with a smooth surface. Salbex is commonly used to line chemical tanks. Temperature range up to +60°C.

PVC Foam Sheet (Foamex)

Available in a broad range of colours, PVC foam sheet is a lightweight material that is ideal for direct printing and laminating. It is easy to machine, fabricate and bond and is primarily used to create signage and exhibition displays in both internal and external environments. Temperature range of -10°C up to +55°C.

Vyon® Breathable Sheet

Manufactured from sintered high density polyethylene (HDPE) and available in range of grades, Vyon® is a porous material that is approved for food contact. It is commonly used in filtration, aeration, separation and venting applications and is easily machined and fabricated. Temperature range of -70°C up to +80°C.

Miscellaneous Plastic Sheet

Dry Wipe Board

Manufactured from an amalgamation of decorative paper, mineral fillers, kraft paper, melamine, aminoplast and phenolic resin. Dry wipe board is used as a display board or whiteboard. It can be mounted and used in both internal and external applications.

Engraving Plastic Sheet

Available in a selection of colours that are bonded together, engraving plastic sheet is an ideal option for signs and plaques. We have the capability to engrave this material to suit your specific requirements utilising in-house CNC machinery.

Plastic Shims

Eliminating the need to use a micrometer, plastic shims are colour coded denoting the thickness of the material. They are commonly used to fill small gaps or spaces between objects and provide high strength to weight ratio, as well as resistance to corrosion.

Playground Plastic Sheet (HDPE)

A resilient, hard wearing plastic that is specifically designed for leisure equipment and display applications. HDPE playground plastic is extremely durable, is UV resistant and is easily machined and fabricated. It can also be engraved utilising in-house CNC machinery. Temperature range of -10°C up to +80°C.

Prismatic Diffuser Panels

Manufactured from either a polycarbonate or PET resin, prismatic diffuser panels are commonly used in fluorescent and LED light diffusion applications in indoor workspaces. The panels help to reduce glare, optimise light transmission and are easy to machine. Temperature range of -50°C up to +100°C.

Alternative Materials

Tufnol® Industrial Laminates

Tufnol® industrial laminates are manufactured from high quality thermosetting resins bonded with cotton, glass or paper. Available in variety of grades to suit a broad range of applications, Tufnol® is easily machined and is commonly used as gears, bearings, jigs and fixtures.

Glass Based Laminates

Glass based laminates are significantly denser than cotton and paper alternatives. They are available in a range of resins including epoxy, phenolic, silicone and polyimide that offer additional properties such as enhanced electrical insulation or thermal stability.
