Polycarbonate rod has excellent dimensional stability and optical clarity. It has excellent electrical and thermal resistance. It can be moulded and is easy to process, weld and bond. Polycarbonate rod has good resistance to most inorganic compounds, lubricants and dilutes acids/alkalis. It also has strong weather resistance and can be UV stabilised for greater ozone resistance.
