Salbex pressed PVC sheet (also known as Telbex) is made from calendered, unplasticized PVC foil that is then laminated using heat and pressure. The materials feature a high quality surface finish, strong dimensional stability, hardness and stiffness, and good corrosion and chemical resistance.
We presently have a limited supply of 0.5mm clear pressed PVC sheet. This substance is commonly used in the nuclear sector for face visor applications, and it may also be utilised for face masks and visors to protect humans from the Covid-19 coronavirus.
