Metal Flow Control Valve (400X)
Purpose
This valve is mounted for the case the flow of the water distribution pipeline needs to be controlled so as to keep the preset flow unchanged, limit an excessive flow within a preset value and reduce the high pressure at the upstream to be a low one at the downstream. The flow of the valve downstream will not be affected, even if the pressure on the upstream of the master valve
changes.

Principle
The pilot valve of this valve gets the pressure differential signal from the orifice and uses it to control open-close of the master valve. When the pipeline flow is over the set one, the openness of the master valve becomes smaller to have the flow reset to the set value and the disc is kept stable without moving.
