PET (Ertalyte®) Rod

PET rod (Ertalyte) is a strong, dimensionally stable plastic with high wear resistance and mechanical strength. It is appropriate for applications with high loads and wears. It also has a low water absorption rate, is chemically robust, and can withstand various acids than Nylon. Ertalyte and Ertalyte TX are two brands of PET available (self-lubricated). Both grades are simple to machine and can be used in food contact applications.
