PVDF Materials (Polyvinylidene Fluoride)

PVDF Materials: PVDF Engineering Plastic Manufacturer in India, a fluorocarbon chemical compound. It is a homopolymer of 1,1-difluoroethene. It has a high insolubility and durability, making it an ideal coating material for preventing corrosion on metal substrates.

Even in the most difficult-to-handle circumstances, such as heated, concentrated sulfuric acid, PVDF valves, PVDF pipes, sheets are chemically robust. PVDF Materials is a thermoplastic having similar application adaptability to other thermoplastics, particularly fluoropolymers.

PVDF Materials: PVDF Engineering Plastic Manufacturer in India. It is used to PVDF pipes, sheets, coatings, films and molded PVDF products, such as bulk containers, before being used in extrusion and injection molding. Due to PVDF’s resistance properties and upper temperature thresholds, it is utilised as of pipes and fittings.

PVDF Properties and Material Options

Homopolymer PVDF– has higher strength and stiffness and has a higher heat deflection temperature than copolymer PVDF.

Copolymer PVDF– is less stiff but has superior impact and stress crack resistance.
