What is UPVC Dual Block 2-Way Ball Valve?

When two seating surfaces are used to shut off pressure from both ends of dual block valve when it is closed, then that valve is known as a dual block 2-way ball valve.

The valve’s intended function, on the other hand, may be the most essential consideration. These UPVC Ball Valves are most often employed in the “Water & Wastewater, oil, and gas sector, but they may be useful in many other industries as well. The valve chamber must be bled, and the pipework must be isolated for maintenance.

UPVC True Union Ball Valve Product advantages:

  • UPVC True Union Ball valve inner body is processed by digital lath to ensure the seal of the threaded carrier.
  • Each plastic ball valves to be polished after rough turning and fine-tuning to ensure its smooth and good performance in the seal.
  • The body and hole of the stem should be processed by lath to assure the stability of the seal and to increase strength.
