With continuous improvements, regular leach-out tests that exceed SEMI F57 standards, and seamless quality assurance, it offers maximum reliability. Process Security
In order to meet the highest purity requirements of our customers, the production and packaging processes of all SYGEF Plus components are carried out under Class 5 (100) cleanroom conditions. The SYGEF Plus “high-purity chain” guarantees 100%-monitored processes.
Verifiable Quality
Each component undergoes a 100% visual inspection and offers full traceability from raw material through to the end product delivered to the customer. All data relating to quality is stored in an accessible way using a CAQ system.
