HDPE Electrofusion Transition Elbow Graphics

HDPE Electrofusion Transition Elbow

The HDPE Electrofusion Transition Elbow is a specialized fitting designed to connect HDPE pipelines to metal piping systems at a 90° angle. One end of the elbow is made of high-quality PE100 HDPE for electrofusion welding, while the other features a threaded or weldable metal insert, enabling seamless integration between dissimilar materials. This transition elbow is ideal for industrial, water, and gas systems where directional changes and material compatibility are required.

An HDPE Electrofusion Transition Elbow is a specialized pipe fitting used to change the direction of flow (typically 45° or 90°) while connecting an HDPE pipe to a pipe made of a different material such as brass, or PVC using electrofusion technology. An electrofusion socket end with embedded heating coils for joining with HDPE pipe. A transition end (threaded, flanged, or metal insert) for connection to non-HDPE systems, An angled body that redirects the pipeline flow.
