PPH Socket Grpahics

PPH Socket

The PPH Socket is a high-performance pipe fitting designed for secure and leak-proof joining of PPH (Polypropylene Homopolymer) pipes using the socket fusion welding technique. This fitting enables the connection of two plain-end pipes in a straight line, providing a strong and permanent bond ideal for conveying aggressive fluids in corrosive environments.

Made from PPH material, the socket is highly durable, chemically resistant, and suitable for both pressure and non-pressure piping systems. It is widely used in chemical processing, water treatment, and industrial fluid handling systems, where reliability and chemical compatibility are critical.

Key Features of PPH Socket

Excellent Chemical Resistance – Ideal for transporting corrosive media like acids and alkalis.
High Weld Strength – Socket fusion ensures strong, leak-free joints for long-term reliability.
High Temperature Tolerance – Operates efficiently in systems up to 100°C.
Corrosion-Free Construction – No rust or scaling, even in aggressive environments.
Durable & Lightweight – Easy to handle and install with long service life.
Low Thermal Conductivity – Enhances energy efficiency and safety in piping networks.
Non-Toxic Material – Suitable for use in potable water and food-grade applications (on request).
