PVDF Flange
PVDF Flanges are used when more stringent mechanical requirements are necessary because they offer stress resistance. The product of choice for applications requiring high-temperature exposure and extremely strong chemical resistance is PVDF Flanges. When increased clarity, flexibility, and a higher continuous service temperature are required, PVDF Flanges are selected. PVDF Flanges include all the typical characteristics of PVDF, including rigidity and a long flex life (up to 500o F).
Blind, Slip-On, Socket Weld, and Threaded Flanges are examples of flanges. According to our PVDF flanges are constructed with Type II mat plus alternating layers of 1 1/2 oz mat and 24 oz woven. In comparison to a normal Type I (all Mat) flange, our flanges are 1.7 times stronger in the crucial flange and hub area. A PVDF flange is a flat or raised pipe fitting. PVDF Flanges are typically bolted together with a gasket in between to create a tight, leak-proof joint.
