
PPH Pneumatic Ball Valve
A PPH Pneumatic Ball Valve is an automated flow control valve made from PPH (Polypropylene Homopolymer) in which a ball with a central bore is operated by a pneumatic actuator using compressed air to control the flow of fluids.The valve works by rotating the ball 90° (quarter-turn) through the pneumatic actuator, allowing or blocking the flow instantly. It is widely used in chemical, water treatment, and industrial applications due to its excellent corrosion resistance, lightweight construction, and fast, reliable operation without manual intervention.
PPH Pneumatic Ball Valve is used for fast control and ON/OFF operations. TheSize range: from D20 up to D110 mm, series DIN 3202 K2 and ISO 5752 Medium series 25, DN 15 ÷ 110 mm series DIN 3202 K3 and ISO 5752 Long series 16.Full flanged body with oval holes to fit with flanges in different standards; equipped with ABS inserts to centre flanges and bolts,They possible mounting of valve as end valve, or quick discharge from tanks to Interchangeable primary liner in Elastomeric material EPDM, FPM, or NBR and Electric actuator.
