CPVC Solenoid Valve Graphics

CPVC Solenoid Valve

A CPVC Solenoid Valve is an electrically operated flow control valve made from CPVC (Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride) material, designed to automatically open or close the flow of liquids in a piping system when an electrical signal is applied. The CPVC Solenoid Valve Body provides excellent resistance to corrosion, chemicals, and high temperatures. An electromagnetic coil that activates the valve when energized. It controls the opening and closing of the flow path to ensure leak-proof operation.

A CPVC Solenoid Valve is a 2 Way CPVC body with installation flexibility and ease of maintenance, to a high-performance solenoid and adjustable circular section coil with IP65 protection class, to an integrated override with the possibility of being installed in 3 different positions. Suitable for chemical, water, and hot fluid applications, and also provides fast and automatic flow control.

Benefits of Using CPVC Solenoid Valve

Excellent Chemical Resistance

CPVC material provides outstanding resistance to acids, alkalis, and corrosive chemicals, making it ideal for chemical processing industries.

High Temperature Tolerance

CPVC can withstand higher temperatures (typically up to 90°C–95°C) compared to standard PVC.

Corrosion-Free Performance

Unlike metal valves, CPVC solenoid valves do not rust or corrode, ensuring longer service life.

Lightweight & Easy Installation

The lightweight design reduces installation time and support requirements.

Low Maintenance

CPVC does not scale or pit easily, reducing maintenance costs.

Electrical Automation

The solenoid mechanism allows remote and automatic flow control, improving operational efficiency.

Cost-Effective Solution

Compared to stainless steel valves, CPVC valves are more economical while offering excellent durability.

Leak-Proof Sealing

Designed with high-quality diaphragms and seals to ensure tight shut-off and minimal leakage.

Non-Conductive Material

CPVC is electrically non-conductive, enhancing safety in certain applications.

Long Service Life

Resistant to wear, chemical attack, and environmental degradation.

Types of CPVC Solenoid Valve
