CPVC Foot Valve
A CPVC Foot Valve is a type of non-return (check) valve made from Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) material, installed at the suction end (bottom) of a pump’s suction line. It allows fluid to flow in only one direction—toward the pump—and prevents backflow when the pump is turned off. The CPVC Foot Valve is typically fitted with a strainer at the inlet to prevent debris, sediment, and solid particles from entering the pump system. This helps to maintain pump priming and protects internal pump components from damage.
We provide high-quality CPVC Foot Valve Supplier in India. The CPVC foot valve is located at the end of a pipeline. In addition to serving as a check valve, these also include a strainer attached to the open end of the valve. The CPVC Foot Valve supplier has a spring-assisted check valve. Whenever a pump is turned on, the tension of the pump column varies, and as a result, the valve opens. Whenever the pump is turned off, the valve responds by closing once again. As a result, the pump will not lose prime every time it is turned off due to leakage of fluid from the pump column.
