CPVC 3 Way Ball Valve L-Port
A CPVC 3 Way Ball Valve L-Port is a multi directional flow control valve made from Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) that allows fluid to flow between three ports in an “L”-shaped flow path configuration. The L-port design connects one inlet to one of two outlets (or vice versa), enabling flow diversion between two different lines. It is mainly used to divert flow from one pipeline to another. The CPVC 3 Way Ball Valve L-Port can be completely closed or opened by rotating the handle 90 degrees. Large CPVC 3 Way Ball Valve L-Port often has a gearbox attached, which connects the hand wheel to the stem via gears. This makes valve functioning easier, but it comes at the cost of speed.
The CPVC 3 Way Ball Valve L-Port is a quarter-turn rotational speed valve for stopping, regulating, and starting flow. In a ball valve, a disc is mounted on the rotating shaft. The disc stops the line when the ball valve is completely closed. The CPVC 3 Way Ball L-Port valve’s disc is at right angles to the flow of gas or liquid when it is fully opened. The CPVC 3 Way Ball Valve L-Port is popular due to its dependability and low maintenance needs. Due to less wear, the useful life of the valve can be extended. This minimises direct operating expenses and the number of hours spent on valve maintenance.
