CPVC Pneumatic Butterfly Valve
A CPVC Pneumatic Butterfly Valve is a quarter-turn flow control valve made from CPVC (Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride) material and operated automatically using a pneumatic (air-powered) actuator. It is designed to regulate, start, or stop the flow of liquids and corrosive chemicals in industrial piping systems. The CPVC Pneumatic Butterfly Valve provides excellent resistance to corrosion, chemicals, and high temperatures, and rotates 90° to open or close the flow. The CPVC Pneumatic Butterfly Valve uses compressed air to control the valve position automatically to ensure leak-proof operation.
A CPVC Pneumatic Butterfly Valve is used for fast control and ON/ OFF operations, and size range from DN 40 up to DN 200 mm, series DIN 3202 K2 and ISO 5752 Medium series 25. Interchangeable primary liner in elastomer EPDM, FPM, or NBR. The working pressure is 16 bar at 20°C. The CPVC Pneumatic Butterfly Valve produced on the actuator body is made of a special aluminium alloy for applications in aggressive environments.
