CPVC Pneumatic Ball Valve
A CPVC Pneumatic Ball Valve is an automated quarter-turn valve made from CPVC (Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride) material and operated by a pneumatic (air-powered) actuator to control the flow of liquids in a piping system. The CPVC Pneumatic Ball Valve uses a rotating ball with a bore (hole) inside it. When compressed air is supplied to the actuator, the ball rotates 90°. The bore aligns with the pipeline, allowing fluid to pass, and the bore turns perpendicular to the pipeline, stopping the flow.
A CPVC Pneumatic Ball Valve is used for fast control and ON/ OFF operations to Interchangeable primary liner inelastomer EPDM, FPM, or NBR and working pressure 16 bar at 20° C. There are oval holes in the body to fit with flanges in different standards for possible mounting of the valve as an end valve, or quick discharge from tanks to a pneumatic actuator produced on solenoid air connections according to NAMUR standard.
