CPVC FLANGE
A CPVC Flange is a pipe fitting made from Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) that is used to connect pipes, valves, pumps, or other equipment in a piping system. It provides a removable and secure joint by using bolts, nuts, and a gasket between two flange faces to ensure a leak-proof connection. CPVC flanges are widely used in chemical processing, water treatment, and industrial piping systems because they offer excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature tolerance, and long service life.
CPVC flange comes in a variety of shapes and sizes, and they are easy to mix. It is a method of connecting pipes, valves, pumps and other equipment to form a piping system, but they have different properties and are thus better suited for different uses: water pumps, uses of valves and mainly uses the piping system. A CPVC Flange is designed to connect CPVC piping systems with valves, pumps, and other pipeline components. It is manufactured to provide strong, leak-proof, and corrosion-resistant connections in industrial and water distribution systems.
