UPVC Flanged Ball Valve
UPVC flanged ball valves connect to pipelines via flanges, with gaskets between the flanges at both ends, and are secured with bolts. Wide pipe diameter coverage is the diameters range from DN15 to DN700, meeting the needs of large-diameter pipelines. These are suitable for industrial scenarios required for frequent maintenance or repair. These flanges are highly structural strength and are capable of withstanding higher pressures, but have limited temperature resistances so that temperatures exceeding 350℃ may lead to seal failure. The UPVC flanged ball valves are smooth-machined and have a straight through flow area, totally avoiding pressure drop across the valve.
The UPVC Flanged Ball Valve is a high-performance shut-off valve that is more reliable and efficient for water fluid control
in pipeline systems. Designed with integral flanged ends, this valve ensures secure installation in high-demand applications. Made from Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride (UPVC), it is resistant to corrosion, chemicals, and aggressive media, making it ideal for use in chemical processing, water treatment, and industrial fluid handling.

Benefits of Using UPVC Flanged Ball Valve
1. Robust & Leak-Tight Connection
Flanged ends provide exceptional strength and sealing integrity, especially with proper gasketing, making them suitable for high-pressure and high-temperature applications.
2. Ease of Installation & Maintenance
Bolting simplifies installation compared to welding. Valves can be easily removed for inspection, repair, or replacement without disturbing the entire pipeline.
3. Excellent Shut-Off
The ball design provides bubble-tight sealing when closed with quality seats.
4. Low Torque & Quick Operation
Quarter-turn operation (90°) allows for fast open/close cycles with minimal effort.
5. Minimal Pressure Drop (Full Port)
When fully open, full-port valves offer very little resistance to flow.
6. Versatility
Available in a vast range of sizes, pressure ratings (ASME 150# to 2500#), materials, and designs to suit almost any industrial application.
7. Durability & Long Life
Constructed from robust materials and designed for demanding service, they offer long-term reliability.
Types of UPVC Flanged Ball Valve
1. One-Piece UPVC Flanged Ball Valve
- Single-piece body with an integrated ball and seat.
2. Two-Piece UPVC Flanged Ball Valve
- Body made of two halves bolted together with the ball inside.
- Three-Piece UPVC Flanged Ball Valve
- Three-piece body (two end caps and a central body) that allows the ball and seats to be removed without disturbing the pipe connection.
- Floating UPVC Flanged Ball Valve
- UPVC Flanged Ball Valve “floats” slightly inside the valve body and is pressed against the downstream seat by system pressure to form a tight seal.
5. Trunnion-Mounted UPVC Flanged Ball Valve
- The UPVC Flanged Ball Valve is fixed (supported by a trunnion at the top and bottom) and does not move laterally.
- Full Bore / Full Port UPVC Flanged Ball Valve
- The UPVC Flanged Ball Valve of the ball matches the pipeline diameter, allowing unrestricted flow.
7. Reduced Bore / Standard Port UPVC Flanged Ball Valve
- The UPVC Flanged Ball Valve is slightly smaller than the pipeline diameter.
8. Multi-Way (3-Way or 4-Way) Ball Valve
- Has more than two ports, allowing flow diversion or mixing.
