PVDF Actuated Butterfly Valve
A PVDF Actuated Butterfly Valve is a quarter-turn valve made from Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) that controls the flow of fluids through a piping system using an actuator instead of manual operation. The PVDF Actuated Butterfly Valve consists of a PVDF body and disc and can be equipped with either: Pneumatic actuator – air-driven for fast automation and Electric actuator – motor-driven for remote or precise control. This allows the valve to open, close, or modulate the flow automatically without manual intervention.
The PVDF Actuated Butterfly Valve is a high-performance flow control device engineered for precision and durability in highly corrosive and chemically aggressive environments. Ideal for use in chemical processing, oil and gas treatment, semiconductor, and pharmaceutical industries, it offers excellent resistance to acids, bases, and solvents. Its robust design ensures long service life, even under harsh operating conditions.
