PVDF Wafer Type Check Valve
A PVDF wafer type check valve is a type of non return valve made from Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF), designed to allow fluid to flow in one direction only while preventing backflow. The “wafer” design refers to its compact, slim shape, which fits between two flanges in a piping system, saving space compared to traditional swing or globe check valves.
PVDF Wafer Type Check Valve has a sediment sieve as a safety filter to catch any solid contaminants that may sometimes be in the line. We export small hole valves and other equipment, such as pumps or control valves, protected by it. The filter screen is easily replaceable and is available in a variety of meshes. An oscillating disc is used to open or close the valve. As a result of their design, they can be installed in extremely tight spaces where a flanged check valve would be ineffective. As the disc opens, the PVDF wafer type check valve has a molded body surrounding the opening.
