PVDF Ball Valve
A PVDF Ball Valve is a quarter turn flow control valve made from PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride), a high-performance thermoplastic known for its excellent chemical and temperature resistance. It uses a rotating ball with a bore (hole) through its center to control fluid flow. When the handle is turned 90 degrees. The bore aligns with the pipeline, allowing fluid to pass and the closed bore turns perpendicular to the pipeline, stopping flow completely.
The PVDF Ball Valve is a high-performance flow control device designed for corrosive chemical handling and industrial fluid systems. Made from Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF), this valve offers excellent chemical resistance, thermal stability, and mechanical strength, making it ideal for aggressive environments. PVDF ball valves are widely used in chemical processing, water treatment, semiconductor manufacturing, and pharmaceutical industries where reliability and purity are critical.Whether you’re managing high-purity water systems or highly corrosive chemicals, our PVDF ball valves provide leak-proof operation, low torque handling, and long service life.
