It has good thermal stability, as well as resistance to ageing, ultraviolet radiation, and weathering, making it ideal for both indoor and outdoor uses.Butyl rubber’s extremely impermeable structure makes it a prefered choice for applications requiring air retention or gas and compressed air sealing.
