Electric Wafer Butterfly Valve
Purpose
This valve is used for cutoff or flow adjustment in building, chemical, environmental protection, industrial and mining etc.
Features
- According to different working conditions, either a common, outdoor, explosion—proof or adjusting type electric actuator can be equipped, with which local control, remote control and networking with a computer can be carried out. Electric actuators made in different factories can also be fitted, if so required by users.
- Short structural length, easy installation, without the requirement on the medium flowing direction.
- Available with manual and electric actuation modes
Performance Parameters
- PN; PN1.0MPa, PN1.6MPa.
- DN: DN50~600mm.
- Suitable temperature: ≤100°C.
- Media: Water, gas, oil
Main Part Materials
- Body — Grey cast iron.
- Interlining of body —NBR.
- Butterfly plate—Chromium—Plated ductile iron/Stainless steel.
- Interlining of body —NBR.
Note: The rubber part can also be made of EPDM or fluorine
Test & Inspection
- Size of flange: GB 2555.
- Test & Inspection: GB/T 13927.
