Slightly Resisted Slowly Closed Butterfly Check Valve
Purpose
This valve is mounted on the water supply and drainage pipelines and can prevent the medium from backflow and also effectively limit the destructive water hammer to be produced to guarantee the pipeline to work safely.
Features
- Small volume, light weight, the structural length only to be 1/3 that of the common swing check valve.
- The slowly closed system holds an excellent performance, without being affected by the medium in the pipeline; the valve plate closes fast first and then slowly closes so as to prevent destructive water hammer from being produced; steady open—close, without shock and noise.
- Rubber sealed, good at tightness, wearable and long durable.
- Small flowing resistance with the valve, showing a notable energy-saving effect.

- Casing test: 1.5MPa. 2.4MPa.
- Sealing test: 1.1MPa. 1.76MPa.
- Suitable temperature: ≤100°C.
- Suitable media: Water, seawater etc.
- Slowly closing time: Below 60s, adjustable.
