Description
Offers PEEK sheets in a variety of grades, which are shown below. PEEK is a high-performance engineering plastic that is resistant to high temperatures, severe chemical conditions, and energy radiation. For wear applications, further mechanical advantages include high dimensional stability, reduced creep, and superior abrasion resistance. Available Grades of PEEK Sheet
PEEK Sheet
At high temperatures, this unique plastic keeps its exceptional mechanical qualities and chemical resistance. PEEK is resistant to hydrolysis and energy radiation, as well as electrically insulating. Friction bearings and piston components are used in high-stress applications. -40°C to +260°C is the temperature range.
PEEK Sheet – Metal & X-Ray Detectable
At high temperatures, this unique plastic keeps its exceptional mechanical qualities and chemical resistance. Metal detectable PEEK is an excellent choice for pharmaceutical components that are subjected to numerous sterilizations, such as CIP and SIP. The temperature may reach +230°C.
PEEK Sheet – Carbon Filled
All of the advantages of regular PEEK, such as strong chemical and radiation resistance, high-temperature resistance, and high dimensional stability, are retained. The carbon fibre filler decreases abrasion, increases wear resistance and provide flame retardant and electrically conductive qualities to the material. -60°C to +250°C is the temperature range.
