Many of the filter media offered are produced and categorised in accordance with the efficiency classes specified in standard EN 779. They are made using a variety of methods, including needle-spinning and thermobonding, and come in a range of premium materials, including synthetic fibre, glass fibre, and anti-static needle felt.
Filter media is frequently used in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to separate fine, medium, or coarse particles and control air quality. Depending on the grade, filter media can also help disperse dust-induced electrostatic charge in product transfer applications, remove moist particles from spray booths, and reduce air pollution.
we can pre-cut filter material to your specifications.
Open cell polyester foams are commonly used in air filtration applications in HVAC systems. They are supplied flame retardant as standard and do not swell when in contact with detergents, fuels, soaps, mineral oils, water and greases. Reticulated filer foam is available in PPI options of 20, 30, 45 and 60.
Disposable panel filters are commonly used in pre-filtration applications on HVAC systems. They are constructed from a G4 non-woven cotton fibre which is encased in a heavy duty cardboard holding frame. Pleated panel filters provide good dust retention capacity and are available in a range of popular sizes.
A highly efficient material manufactured from polyester. Synthetic fibre media is commonly applied as a pre-filter in HVAC systems and can also be used in food applications. The media provides excellent dust holding capacity and is supplied by the roll in G3, G4 and M5 options (with other grades available upon request).
